AGROY Finance and Investment Ltd, the flagship company of the group, has been a member of
Delhi Stock Exchange since 1993. It then became a member of National Stock Exchange of
India (NSE) in October 1995 and of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in Nov 2008. It also
became a Depository Participant with Central Depositories Services (India) Ltd in 2009 and of
Multi Commodities Exchange (MCX) in 2006.
The group through M/s K.M.Holdings Pvt Ltd., holds a corporate ARN since 2010 to distribute
various schemes of mutual funds in India.
